Are you looking forward to starting your new career in Portugal? It may be the perfect opportunity! We are looking for a French -speaking content moderator to reach our client in the magnificent city of Porto and work with a virtual reality platform!

As a content moderator, you will be responsible for the analysis and revision of user profiles, videos and textual content and investigation, climbing and/or solving the problems reported by users or reported by the system.

Essential functions/fundamental responsibilities of the position:

• Make sure that the service provided to our customers meets key contract (‘KPI’) key indicators.
• Clarify customer needs, ensure their understanding and use decision -making tools and resources to provide an appropriate solution to the customer.
• Listen carefully to customer needs and concerns; Show empathy while maximizing the opportunity to establish a relationship with the customer.
• Welcome customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner by following the agreed procedures.
• Maintain basic knowledge of customer products and/or services
• Prepare a complete and precise work, in particular by correctly noting the accounts, if necessary
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and company return
• Offer additional products and/or services
• Follow, document and recover information in the call tracking database
• Respond to customer information requests by referring it to published documents, secondary sources or more experienced employees.

Requirements:

• A secondary school diploma and three to six months of relevant experience are preferable.
• Courteous with a strong orientation towards customer service
• Solid computer skills and PC knowledge
• Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
• Reliability and detail concern
• Ability to perform several tasks at the same time, including the ability to be flexible and to adapt quickly to changes.
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a rapid work environment at a rapid and high production.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Show patience in all situations of contact with customers, in particular by keeping a tone and pleasant and professional ways.
• Ability to alternate shifts, as needed.
• Depending on the location and/or the program, additional experience/skills can be required.

Offer :

• Work schedules: Monday to Sunday in rotating teams: 6 p.m. – 8 a.m.; 2 days of rest.
• Salary: very competitive salary + meal allowance
