What will you do?

• Handle incoming calls and provide top-quality customer support in German

• Assist customers with hotel reservations and inquiries

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide effective solutions

• Utilize strong communication and sales skills to maximize bookings

• Upgrade bookings from customers

Candidate profile

• Native German speaker + fluent English skills

• in possession of NIE number

• Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Employer offers

• Permanent contract (39 hours/week) after a 2-month probation period

• Competitive salary of €21.500 gross a year

• Welcome bonus of €1500 gross!

• Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday 8:00-22:00, including alternate weekends
