What will you do?

• Handle inbound calls related to any questions related to Jaguar

• Assist with changes or special requests

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a commercial mindset

• Work with internal systems to manage customer cases efficiently

Candidate profile

• Fluent in German with good English communication skills

• Experience in customer service or sales is highly preferred

• Professional, calm, and customer-friendly phone manner

• Open to working shifts and weekends

• Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid

Employer offers

• Full-time permanent contract with a 2-month trial period

• Salary of €20.000 gross a year

• Signing bonus of €1,500

• 39-hour work week with shifts between 09:00–20:00
