Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to construction.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, budgets, and functional requirements.
• Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct site visits, supervise project execution, and resolve design or technical issues.

Who You Are

• A university graduate with a degree in Architecture or a related field; professional certification is a plus.
• 2+ years of architectural design experience, preferably in healthcare projects.
• You possess strong expertise in the use of Revit, particularly for Service Engineering applications.
• You have Project Management experience, certification or training will be advantageous.
• You have Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing abilities.
