Job Responsibilities
- Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients advising clients
- Producing detailed drawings
- Negotiating with contractors and other professionals
- Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
- Coordinating the work of contractors
- Making site visits to check on progress
- Dealing with problems that might come up during building
Job Requirements
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Architecture or related disciplines
- Must have 2-3 years hands on Experience as an architect.
- A good knowledge of 3D, interior design and Animation is required.
