Job Description

• We are seeking highly skilled and meticulous bakers to produce an extensive range of baked goods, including artisanal breads, fine pastries, sophisticated cakes, and gourmet cookies etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Measuring and mixing of Ingredients; dough preparation and baking; recipe development; experimenting with ingredients and techniques to meet evolving customer tastes, as well as staying updated on current baking trends and dietary preferences, such as gluten-free or vegan options; decorating and finishing; and; ensuring the freshness of perishable items and; cleaning and maintenance of baking equipment, such as ovens and mixers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field related to culinary arts or food science, or SSCE.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Great hygiene and a strong understanding of food safety practices.
• Ability to withstand heat and work in a fast-paced environment, as baking can be physically demanding and requires stamina.
• To fill the above positions, we are looking for high flyers with a proactive and results-oriented approach, together with a strong work ethic. They must be self-motivated and disciplined and be able to work with little or no supervision.

Additional Information:

Remunerations

• N50,000 – N60,000 / month (very attractive and amongst the best in the industry).
