🔔 HIRING: Bottle Blowing Machine Operator at Lacoco – NG

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Machine Operation

• Set up, operate, and monitor the bottle blowing machine to produce PET bottles in the required size and specifications.
• Adjust machine settings (temperature, air pressure, stretch/blow cycles) for optimal performance.
• Load preforms into the machine and manage bottle output.
• Inspect bottles for defects (thickness, shape, clarity, leaks) and ensure they meet quality standards.

Quality Control

• Conduct visual and physical quality checks at regular intervals.
• Remove defective products and report recurring issues.
• Record production data, including output quantity, rejects, and adjustments made.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform basic preventive maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and minor mechanical adjustments.
• Quickly troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues to avoid production downtime.
• Report major faults to the maintenance team or supervisor for immediate attention.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety rules, SOPs, and machine-handling procedures.
• Maintain strict hygiene according to food and beverage manufacturing standards
• Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the production team, quality control, and maintenance technicians.
• Communicate machine performance, production targets, and issues to the supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

• SSCE / OND / Technical School Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field (preferred).
