We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Channel Marketing Specialist to support our growing brand and evolving marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong program management experience, particularly in sample programs and tradeshows who thrives in dynamic environments and can turn data into actionable insights. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to execute initiatives that drive channel engagement and brand visibility.Job Location
This is a remote role where candidates must be located in the Central or Eastern U.S. time zone(s).Job Responsibilities
- Set and communicate weekly priorities for marketing and sales support in alignment with sales leadership.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing materials for the Catalyst brand, including promotional one-pagers, labels, samples, displays, signage, catalogs, and brochures.
- Own and manage the Club Catalyst Valued Partner Program, including budget oversight, co-op reimbursement approvals, and customer/team support—ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Oversee the Catalyst Sample Program via the Connect40 portal: manage forecasts, approve builds, coordinate printing and shipping, and collaborate with engineering/product teams on new tool development.
- Serve as a liaison between Sales, Brand, Channel Marketing, and Creative teams to execute strategic initiatives and maintain brand consistency.
- Support sales teams and customers with ad-hoc marketing needs such as collateral creation, email campaigns, showroom displays, and event support.
- Coordinate and manage all Catalyst regional tradeshows from planning through execution.
- Create and maintain sales presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint decks for AIA/ASLA, Lunch & Learns, etc.).
- Maintain and update outbound email distribution lists; write and edit content as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 plus years of experience in the building products industry or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience managing sample programs or complex marketing programs.
- Tradeshow planning and execution experience required.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing to a fast-paced, evolving team environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Compensation
- Base Pay Range $70,000 – $80,000
