Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented chef with great cooking skills to make both local Nigerian dishes and international cuisines.

Job Description

• Prepare and cook a diverse range of authentic dishes which will include a variety of intercontinental cuisines (especially indian and English).
• Develop innovative and appealing menus
• Ensure high-quality food preparation, presentation, and taste consistency.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene standards and adhere to food safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Proven experience as a Chef, capable of preparing both Nigerian local dishes and intercontinental cuisine.
• Good knowledge of intercontinental culinary traditions and ingredients.
• Proficiency in cooking and presenting international dishes with finesse.
