Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related fields
• 3 – 5 years of professional experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or catering establishment.
• Food handling or hygiene certification is mandatory.
• Additional training in international cuisines, pastries, or specialized diets is an advantage.
• Experience managing a kitchen team and maintaining kitchen operations.
