We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Compliance and HR Assistant to support our compliance, recruitment, and workforce management processes.
Job Description
- Handling the rota and managing issues relating to the Rota
- Document reports on Missed Care notes, care staff lateness, and actions taken
- Carrying out Telephone Monitoring of Staff and Service Users
- Audit staff and service users’ files.
- Reviewing and updating care plans.
- Reviewing visit notes and medication records.
- Assisting in the creation and management of incident reports.
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
- Providing Support to the HR Team by assisting with end-to-end recruitment, including job adverts, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Assist in maintaining HR databases and personnel files.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the health and social care sector,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex care challenges and develop effective solutions (essential).
- Strong communication skills are essential. Candidates should be proficient in both written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment (essential).
- Proficiency in using Windows, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint (essential).
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs (essential).
- Required to work Alternate weekends( Work either Saturday or Sunday every week)
