  • We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Construction/Project Engineer to oversee and coordinate construction activities across our ongoing and upcoming projects. This role involves planning, technical supervision, and on-site execution to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
  • Supervise daily site operations and ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
  • Review engineering designs, technical drawings, and plans for accuracy and feasibility.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, RFIs, site instructions, and change orders.
  • Monitor project budgets, material usage, and manpower requirements.
  • Identify and resolve site issues or conflicts in coordination with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in construction/project engineering.
  • Familiarity with construction methods, project management tools, and engineering principles.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction/project software.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional certification or registration is a plus (e.g., PMP, PE, COREN).
