Job Description

• Our client requires the services of a competent Cook to manage the Kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the kitchen including operational, quality and administrative functions
• Understand measurement of ingredient/recipe for large scale cooking of intercontinental cuisines and traditional dishes
• Control costs without compromising standards, improving gross profit margins
• Ensure team members have up-to-date knowledge of menu items, functionsаand events
• Ensure that staffing levels are maintained to cover business demands
• Manage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Comply with security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation
• Ensure maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues are dealt with in a timely manner.

Candidate Profile

• Must have at least 6 years experience as a Cook in a large-scale catering and event management Company
• Must be able to cook large-scale / tasty intercontinental cuisines and traditional dishes
• Must be very creative.
