Responsibilities
- Taking orders on behalf of the company via phone calls and online chats
- Following up with delivery drivers to ensure cakes are delivered timely.
- Creating invoices on our system
- Following up with customers’ cake deliveries.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND qualification
- Very fluent in English
- Basic use of computers must type fast
- Have basic knowledge of apps like Instagram, Whatsapp, and Facebook.
