Description 

• Customer Service- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes; customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and customer satisfaction of the company and work with the team to strategically execute main goals which is growth.
• Collect, monitor feedback and maintain a high degree of client satisfaction.
• Participate in review meetings to identify and track opportunities for improving client satisfaction.
• Assist in recommendations to customers offline and online to enable them achieve their desired goal.

Ideal Candidate

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in relevant fields with 1 – 2 years work experience.
• Pay strong attention to details; no minute detail is lost.
• You don’t see problems; you think about solutions on your feet.
• Selling is not your problem; you can sell ice to Eskimo.
• You are willing to research and acquire knowledge; you know your job well and can generate results.
