JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma Certificate (OND)
- Ability to communicate spoken and written well in English Language
- Must reside in Ajao Estate and its Environs (Mafoluku, Oshodi, Isolo)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle calls or other correspondences from clients and partners of PX.
- Respond to enquiries or bookings for delivery orders.
- Assign riders to clients who request for delivery services
- Provide support and train customers and partners on the use of Parcel Exchange Member App and other application
- Post delivery orders and enforce riders/carriers to complete the assigned orders on parcel exchange application
- Educate prospective sellers on registration and how to sell on PX Stores…
- Prepare daily and monthly report of sales and expenses.
