You’ll be instrumental in driving efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction across the four countries with approximately 6,000 employees. Denmark is by far the biggest company in the region and therefore it is key that you know Danish payroll inside out

If you’re a passionate leader with a knack for payroll and a desire to shape the future, this is the perfect opportunity for you to join our EMEA HR Services organization. You will be reporting to our Head of Payroll, EMEA and you will be based at one of our Danish locations in Copenhagen, Nordborg, Kolding or Silkeborg.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and inspire a team of 11 payroll professionalsfostering their development and well-being while embodying our company values.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process, including timekeeping and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Drive the optimization of our payroll processes, leveraging our ServiceNow ticketing system and other technologies to enhance service delivery and user experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with Finance, IT, and external service providers to ensure seamless integration and alignment of payroll processes.
  • Performance management following up on our KPIs for both payroll quality and service deliveries in ServiceNow.
  • Manage audits and compliance checksensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and internal policies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive experience within payroll, time and benefits administration – preferably from an international setting.
  • Proven leadership experience managing a larger, virtual team.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to set the direction and lead with empathy.
  • Hands-on experience with both in-house and outsourced payroll.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects related to payroll processes and systems, with a track record of optimizing and digitalizing processes.
  • Strong focus on stakeholder management and the ability to interact confidently at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to navigate a complex environment.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow is a big advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
