🔔 HIRING: Design Architect at Mshel Homes Ltd – NG

Job Description

• Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings (presentation and working) both by hand and by using specialist computer – aided design (CAD) application
• Executing 3D visualizations by carrying out realistic renderings (exterior and interior)
• Creating 3D animation videos for presentation purposes. 
• Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects
• Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget
• Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologist
• Writing and presenting reports and proposals.
• Visiting sites periodically for inspection.
• Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
• Playing a part in project and team management

REQUIREMENTS

• Expert in either AutoDesk Revit, Archicad or similar
• Expert in Autocad, Lumion and 3D Max or similar
• Excellent 3D visualization skills
• Excellent 3D animation skills
• Minimum of a BSC/HND in Architecture.
