For our trusted client, we are looking to appoint: INVESTOR CONTROL ENGINEER / TECHNICIAN
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Servicing the investor companies.
– Plans, organizes and controls the preparation of the projects in order to optimize costs, clear the details and select materials for implementation.
-Active participation in the preparation of the projects and optimization of the expenditure part.
-Participation in the preparation and signing of contracts with contractors.
-Preparation of CCC by types of applications.
-Preparation of a summary budget for the objects.
-Request offers, comparisons and analysis for optimization.
– Quality control, compliance with deadlines and accountability of contractors.
– In case of irregularities – timely notification and taking actions according to the contracts.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Education: Secondary special or higher technical (construction or similar profile).
-Practical experience in construction or work in a similar position – mandatory.
-Skills for reading construction and project documentation.
-Knowledge of ZUT, regulations and rules in construction (advantage).
-Computer skills: MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is considered an advantage.
-Responsibility, discipline, communication and teamwork.
-English language – an advantage, but not mandatory.
