• We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Lead with a strong background in both backend and frontend development. The ideal candidate will have experience with Next.js, Node.js, Python, Golang, and a deep understanding of mobile development, particularly with Flutter.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers to achieve project goals.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence within the team.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Technical Expertise

• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Architect and develop scalable, efficient, and robust backend systems using Node.js, Python, and Golang.
• Lead frontend development efforts utilizing Next.js and other relevant frameworks.
• Drive mobile application development initiatives, primarily using Flutter.

Quality Assurance

• Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope while upholding the company’s commitment to excellence.

Availability & Commitment

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proven experience in a leadership role managing engineering teams.

Technical Skills

Backend Development:

• Proficient in Node.js, Python, and Golang.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design (SQL and NoSQL).

Frontend Development:

• Expertise in Next.js, React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with responsive design and UI/UX principles.

Mobile Development:

• Extensive experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Knowledge of native mobile development (iOS/Android) is a plus.

DevOps & Tools:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
