Details:
Enabled Consult Ltd seeks a Facility Manager for its client that runs a managed office space. The facility manager shall: maintain the buildings and grounds of the organization which entails daily and weekly cleaning schedules as well as determining and scheduling repairs, renovation projects, oversee the upkeep of equipment and supplies.
- As facility manager, you are also responsible for complying with all federal and state safety requirements for the building
- The person must possess analytical and communication skills and pay attention to details. Must have a Can-DO attitude.
- Experience: Must have a B.Sc or HND in civil engineering, estate management or related course.
- At least two years’ experience in a similar role.
