Job Summary

• We are seeking to employ a Head of Design and Production to oversee the design and production processes to ensure efficient and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide creative direction and vision for the design team, ensuring consistency and excellence in design output.
• Oversee the production process, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of designers and production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure design and production output meets the company’s standards and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Design, Fashion or a related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in design and production management, with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with proficiency in design and production software.
