Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee our factory operations.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining garment production, including cutting, sewing, and finishing
• Ensuring compliance with fashion industry quality and safety standards
• Collaborating with the design and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient production of fashion products
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve factory efficiency and productivity in garment production
• Ensuring effective management of textile inventory, including fabric sourcing and management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Management, Textile Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in fashion production management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, textile science, and fashion production processes
• Excellent leadership, management, and problem-solving skills.
