Job Description 

• We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Managerto join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the dining area, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
• Supervise Coordinate and guide restaurant staff.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and organization.
• Nurture a positive work environment
• Manage inventory efefctively
• Ensure Customer satisfaction
• Cordinate with the team to meet sales target
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and prompt resolution.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a managerialrole within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
