- 4+ years of Java/J2EE programming experience
- 3+ years of experience in full stack development using Java, WebServices (REST and SOAP), JavaScript (JQuery or React or Angular), Spring, Hibernate
- 3+ years of experience developing enterprise level web applications utilizing Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE), XML, or Web Services
- 2+ years of experience with database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, etc.
- Knowledge of web development specifics, including JSON, REST, web and microservices architectures, and HTTP specification
- Experience developing applications to be deployed on app servers such as JBoss EAP, Tomcat
- Experience automating unit and integration testing in a test-driven development with CI/CD model
- Experience with Source Control (Git or SVN)
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6 or later)
- Strong understanding of OO programming including interfaces.
- Good teamwork and strong collaboration skills.
- Experience with best practices and design patterns for writing clean, reusable, and highly organized code
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies and tools, including Git, Bitbucket, or Jira
