Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing:

•  Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
•  Oversee sales team performance, providing coaching and guidance to maximize individual and team productivity.
•  Manage marketing initiatives, including branding, content creation, digital marketing, and public relations.
•  Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Human Resources: 

•  Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
•  Manage employee performance, providing feedback and guidance to ensure individual and team success.
•  Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
•  Foster a positive and productive work environment that values diversity and inclusion.

Operations:

•  Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across all departments. 
•  Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and cost optimization.
•  Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure financial stability and profitability.
•  Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively. 

Leadership & Management:

•  Inspire and motivate a team of individuals to achieve shared goals.
•  Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
•  Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including employees, clients, and stakeholders.
•  Make strategic decisions that align with the company’s overall vision and goals.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
•  5+ years of experience in a senior management role with a proven track record of success.
•  Deep understanding of sales, marketing, HR, and operations principles and practices.
•  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
