Summary

Basic Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Sales and Business Development or a related role.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading Sales and Business Development teams.
• Experience within the construction, engineering, or architectural sector will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in people and business management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proven experience in managing high-value client relationships, especially within the High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) segment.
