We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Graduate Intern who has recently completed NYSC and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related machining/technical course (B.Sc/HND).

This internship is designed to provide hands-on training and practical experience in automotive diagnostics, repair, machine operations, and engine processing technologies.

The ideal candidate must be eager to learn, mechanically inclined, and enthusiastic about building a career in automotive engineering and machine operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive intensive training in vehicle diagnostics and repair.
  • Learn to operate a range of engineering and machining equipment, including:
  • Lathe machine
  • Boring machine
  • Benchtop grinder
  • Crankshaft grinding machine
  • Cylinder head resurfacing tools
  • Other engine processing and workshop machinery
  • Assist senior technicians and engineers with workshop tasks and engine projects.
  • Participate in routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of vehicle engines and components.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Document work processes, observations, and learning progress.
  • Support general workshop operations as assigned.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate (B.Sc/HND) in Mechanical Engineering or a machining-related field.(Not more than 27 years of age)
  • Completed NYSC.
  • Strong interest in automotive engineering, machine operations, and hands-on technical work.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems and tools.
  • Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work closely with experienced technicians.
  • Good problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
  • Punctual, responsible, and eager to grow professionally.
