Job Description
- Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities
- Allocating work to Sub-Contractors
- Negotiate pricing contracts with Subcontractors and Suppliers,
- Monitoring the quality of service provided by Subcontractors.
- Process payments and invoices.
- Preparing tender and contract documents.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum of 3.0 CGPA for University and 2.8 CGPA for Polytechnic
- Between 1 to 3 years working experience in the construction sector
- Integrity

- Ability to multitask and learn.
