About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
- Manage staffing levels, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any issues or complaints promptly to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Collaborate with department heads to set goals, track performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and improve overall hotel performance.
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room occupancy, rates, and revenue.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to make data-driven pricing decisions.
- Monitor and adjust room rates and inventory availability across distribution channels to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional offers and packages to drive sales and revenue growth.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with brand standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs and training initiatives to uphold high service standards.
- Oversee all financial aspects of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, revenue projections, and expense forecasts to achieve financial goals.
- Monitor financial performance against budget and forecasts, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of progressive hotel management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Expertise in revenue management and yield optimization.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and technology.
- Understanding of marketing principles and promotional strategies.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to remain calm and composed during emergencies.
