Job Summary

We are looking for an astute House Manager to oversee the official accommodation of the company. You will be responsible for managing the hostel ensuring that all employee have a comfortable and safe stay in the hostel.

Job Description

As a hostel manager, you would be carrying out the following activities:

• Allocate and manage accommodation
• Oversee property maintenance and arrange for repairs to be carried out
• Supervise cleaning of the facility
• Look after the welfare of residents
• Ensure the property complies with all health and safety regulations
• Make sure there is effective security, including safekeeping of keys
• Deal with any problems with the lodging.
• Ensure compliance with all laid down rules
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

• An awareness of clients’ needs, and services you can call on.
• Will live in the accommodation
• You’ll normally work full-time, Monday to Sunday.
• Ability to relocate: Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Salary: From ₦80,000.00 per month
