Close collaboration with headquarters in Italy
Translation of central HR strategies for the DACH region
Collaboration on international HR projects
Strategic consulting for managers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
Development and implementation of talent and career programs
Building a strong employer brand for the DACH market
Optimization of HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, and retention
Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements in all three countries
Close collaboration with headquarters in the areas of compliance and process security

Experience
At least five years of professional experience in a comparable HR role
Experience in international collaboration, ideally in a retail environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex issues
Fluent German and English, ideally knowledge of Italian
In-depth knowledge of labor law in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
Strategic thinking combined with operational skills
Hands-on mentality and strong problem-solving skills
