Position Summary

• The Human Resource Assistant will be responsible for supporting external clients and the wider HR team, with focus on providing front line support.

Job Description

• Initiating and leading human resource programs and projects with clients
• Conduct research through various methods to identify a problematic situation with clients.
• Provides advice and recommendations
• Providing staff and managers quality information regarding organizational policies, referring matters to HR Consultants as required.
• Support the daily operations of HR team.
• Formulates strategic plans
• A Human Resources Consultant initiates and leads HR programs and projects, conducts research to identify issues,
• Assist in recruiting, training and management of personnel
• Work with clients to establish control systems, reviews process
• Use HR databases to review, input and keep track of employee information
• Track employee progress within the on-boarding program
• Arranging meetings and maintaining calendars
• Maintaining organized and up-to-date HR files.

Qualifications / Skills

• B.Sc Degree in HR related fields
• Minimum of 2 years working as an HR consultant
• A proven track recording of executing HR-related tasks
• General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
• Ability to strategize and formulate business plans and proposals
• Excellent communication and consulting skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
