  • Managing skills enhancement and professional development programmes within the allocated budget, Managing the design and delivery of training programmes in accordance with the needs of the Company.
  • A Bachelor’s and master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •  In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian and International Labour Laws, thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of employees and industrial relations.


Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Recruitment and selection process, On-boarding of new staff, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Employee Relations: Implementation of employee wellbeing initiatives, Provide Human Resources (HR) Policy guidance and interpretation, provide guidance through In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Policies Developments and Implementation: Frame policies in different fields (e.g., Human & Employees Right, Corporate Social Responsibility, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Code of Conduct and Ethics, etc.) review with management for approval and enforce its implementation and compliance.
  • Learning and Development: Managing skills enhancement and professional development programmes within the allocated budget, Managing the design and delivery of training programmes in accordance with the needs of the Company.
  • Business Partnering and Organizational Development (Performance Management, and Engagement): HR metrics measurement, Conduct the Performance Management process within group of assigned responsibility, collect ongoing information regarding satisfaction of employee on salary packages and wage, working conditions etc., Implementation of tactical plans targeted at improving employee performance and engagement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor’s and master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM)
  • 7-10 years experience in Human Resources Practice
  •  In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian and International Labour Laws, thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of employees and industrial relations
  • Extensive knowledge of government regulations and policies.
  • Ability to maintain complete and accurate records and statistics and to develop meaningful reports from that information.
  • Ability to exercise considerable tact and courtesy in frequent contact with the public.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships as necessitated by work assignments.
