Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Lagos State, Nigeria. T
• he Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, including developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Daily tasks include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and handling employee queries and concerns.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) experience
• Knowledge and experience in HR Operations and HR Policies
• Strong skills in Employee Relations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is a plus
• Experience working in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
