Job Description / Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a highly capable and motivated workforce with core competence by aligning human capital strategies, policies, and procedures with the organization’s business strategy;
• Supervise the organization’s image (i.e. Brand) management, publicity undertakings and public image, as well as its Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) activities

Qualifications / Requirements

• Good First Degree in the Social Sciences or a related field;
• Post Graduate qualification(s) in Human Capital Management or Business Administration;
• Seven (7) years of work experience in a Human Resources (HR) Function;
• Superintending image management, public relations, and media interfacing;
• Strong leadership, supervisory, people-management, and influencing abilities;
• Demonstrable service at the managerial level
