🔔 HIRING: Human Resources Manager at Medicaid Radiology Limited – NG

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Medicaid Radio-Diagnostic Center located in Abuja.
• The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment and hiring, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, talent development, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• The Human Resources Manager will also provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar HR role
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Nigeria
• Strong understanding of HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in HR software and systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus
