Job Description

• As a Human Resources Officer, you will play a vital role in managing various aspects of the human resources function within the organization.
• Your primary responsibility will be to support the HR department in all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Selection:

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and job postings on relevant platforms.

Employee Relations:

• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation between employees when necessary.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Performance Management:

• Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating performance evaluations, providing guidance to managers and employees, and ensuring completion within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 0-1 year experience.
