Job Description
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as ensuring excellent communication with clients, designers, and contractors.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage multiple interior design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project deliverables meet expectations
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Communicate project updates and changes to stakeholders, including clients, designers, and contractors
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, and change orders
- Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement project plans
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve project delivery and client satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior design project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in interior design software, such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- LEED AP or NCIDQ certification a plus.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
