Job Description:
- Responsible for being the first reachable asset for IT support issues/requests.
- Be the frontline for telephone and email support of all the firmÂ’s authorized technology and related services including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Resolve end-user calls presented by phone, email, or face-to-face interactions, including issues with applications, computer hardware, printers, mobile devices, telephones, and basic network access.
- Monitor incident queue dashboard and resolve all assigned IT incidents using ServiceNow ticketing system (workload average of 25 to 35 incidents a day).
- Escalate incidents to Level II or appropriate support teams.
- Maintain a 1:1 call-to-ticket ratio and knowledge share by creating or modifying knowledgebase entries.
- Will lend support to IT System Engineers and must be able to resolve Help Desk incidents and requests related to technology quickly, pleasantly and efficiently.
- Other duties include collaborating on application testing, firm-deployed images, and updating technical documentation.
- Working with IT team members on additional requests.
Position Requirements:
- Proficient in document management systems; legal template and numbering software; document comparison software; Timekeeping software; Adobe Acrobat Professional; and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Preferred candidate will have experience supporting maintenance activities in Active Directory, including creating and removing accounts.
- Administering distribution lists, mobile devices, and mailboxes within the Microsoft Exchange Administrator console.
- Troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10, including performance and connectivity, and installing, servicing, and supporting Dell computer hardware.
