To guarantee that the business applications portfolio – including ERP, SFA, QlikView, and legacy systems – operates seamlessly with maximum reliability and minimal downtime.

THE JOB

• Leads and oversees the Business Applications portfolio, delivering system implementation, software development, and support services to align with business objectives.
• Drives the development, execution, and ongoing enhancement of the organization’s systems architecture management framework.
• Manages the complete lifecycle of business applications to ensure optimal performance and alignment with strategic goals.
• Partners with stakeholders to maximize value delivery from business applications, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Conducts thorough reviews of application code before integration to ensure quality and compatibility.
• Develops and maintains comprehensive procedures and documentation to support application implementation and ongoing operations.
• Strategically manages application enhancements to boost business performance and efficiency.
• Provides expert guidance on application security, licensing, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery strategies.

THE PERSON MUST

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Possess strong leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes.
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
• Be strategic and forward-thinking, staying up to date with emerging technologies and trends in business applications.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Management.
• MBA will be an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 10 – 12 years of experience in progressive responsibilities in Information Technology or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
