🔔 HIRING: Mini Truck Driver at Evans Industries – NG

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan routes and logistics for efficient and timely delivery
• Communicate with customers to coordinate pickup and delivery schedules, update delivery status, and address any issues or delays.
• Adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards while driving, including speed limits, hours of service, and weight restrictions.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery activities, completing logbooks, trip reports, and delivery documents as required.
• Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance needs, reporting any mechanical problems or defects to maintenance staff for repair and servicing.
• Handle paperwork and documentation related such as, delivery receipts, and waybill, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with loading and unloading activities at pickup and delivery locations, using or other equipment as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of trucks, conducting regular cleaning and maintenance to ensure safe and hygienic working conditions.
