NATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER                                                            T/35DQA/32FSSK/MDG/PROG/11/09/2020

ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development) in Nigeria, implementing the project “35DQA” under OFDA funding is inviting vendors to the PROCUREMENT OF 500 EMERGENCY SHELTER IN MAIDUGURI to submit offers.

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents can be downloaded via the link https://drive.google.com/file/d/1YVLEAimsckF-OfXuLE_UKnKhhF39nJNT/view?usp=sharing

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult www.myjobmag.com regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

All bids must be submitted on or before the 25th September 2020 at 17-00hrs at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at nigeria.tender@acted.org, CC mdg.logistics-procurementofficer@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

ACTED Nigeria will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

A tender opening session will take place on the 28th September 2020 at 1400h in the ACTED representative office in Maiduguri ACTED office. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
