Job Descriptions

• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvemnts
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Job requirements

• Proven experience as production supervisor (5-10 years ) in an automated palm oil mill
• Must be a self starter willing to live in the rural areas of our farm location
• Must be conversant with oil mill production equipment/machinery
• Must be able to conduct repairs on machinery as required
