💡 Opportunity Summary

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, performance management, engagement, and talent development programs.
  • Provide advice tmanagers and staff on HR policies and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, employment laws, and best practices.


What you’ll do:

  • Support recruitment activities 
  • Conduct interviews, and make offers.
  • Verify employee records and claims.
  • Handle onboarding and new hire orientations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, performance management, engagement, and talent development programs.
  • Support payroll processing 
  • Manage employee documentation
  • Monitor compliance with HR policies, SOPs, and labor laws.
  • Provide advice tmanagers and staff on HR policies and best practices.
  • Administer employee lifecycle processes
  • Support employee benefit programs and wellness initiatives.
  • Maintain HR data accuracy and prepare documentation for audits.
  • Contribute tHR projects that boost engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  • Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution.

Key qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Recognized HR certification (e.g., CIPM) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ relevant HR experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
