What You’ll Do

• Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom where children feel valued and confident.
• Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate lessons that inspire curiosity and build foundational skills.
• Support each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
• Communicate warmly and effectively with parents and colleagues.
• Observe, document, and celebrate children’s milestones and progress.
• Participate in school events, team meetings, and continuous professional growth.

What We’re Looking For

• A NCE or B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience working in a preschool or early years environment.
• Montessori training or skills is an added advantage.
• A nurturing, patient, and positive personality.
• A love for creativity, storytelling, and hands-on learning.
