SkyPro Internet Limited is seeking a Project Manager to oversee field operations and ensure efficient coordination between technicians, installation sites, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of ensuring that every installation project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule field technicians for customer installations, maintenance, and support visits.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure installations and other field operations are completed on schedule.
• Track project progress, identify potential delays, and provide timely reports to management.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of equipment and materials.
• Prepare and submit inventory restock requests for items running low.
• Ensure that all projects meet company quality standards and customer satisfaction goals.
• Communicate effectively between field teams, management, and vendors.
• Maintain detailed records of installations, materials used, and project documentation.
• Conduct post-installation reviews to ensure service quality and resolve any pending issues.
• Support the technical team by providing logistical and administrative coordination as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field operations, project supervision, or technical coordination (ISP or telecom experience is an added advantage).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory management tools or systems is a plus.
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable.
