Responsibilities

• Preparing Bill of Quantities for projects
• Preparing estimates for projects Technical/Commercial Evaluation of bids
• Prepare projects reports.

Qualification and Experiences

• Minimum of Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying.
• 5-7 years relevant work experience, preferably in construction firm.
• Registration with relevant professional bodies such as the NIQS, etc.
• Must be knowledgeable in Basic and relevant Computer applications.
• A Masters degree in relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
