We are looking for a motivated and highly organized 360° Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our HR team in the dynamic Leipzig/Halle economic region.

Your Responsibilities
- Ensuring high-quality and timely placement of positions
- Conducting job briefings to identify job requirements
- Advising stakeholders and hiring managers on the current market situation and necessary actions
- Preparing and publishing job postings
- Active sourcing, e.g., via LinkedIn Recruiter
- Applicant screening and selection – Continuous client and candidate management
- Conducting and scheduling interviews (together with the hiring manager)
- Offer negotiation with candidates
- Preparing the works council hearing and the draft contract
- Comprehensive support of the end-to-end recruiting process

Experience
- Proven recruiting experience in an industrial or technology-oriented environment (minimum requirement)
- Experience in a full-cycle (360° recruiter) or a comparable comprehensive role
- Excellent knowledge of active sourcing and the use of sourcing tools
- Strong consulting and communication skills for internal stakeholders
- Fluent German and very good English skills
- Desirable: Experience with ATS systems such as Workday/HiNext
- Desirable: Knowledge of preparing for works council hearings
