Job Overview:

• We are looking for a detail-driven and analytical Research Analyst to support our business strategy and planning functions.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough research, analyzing complex data, visualizing insights through charts and graphs, and compiling findings into compelling business documents and presentations.
• This individual must also be skilled at developing business plans supported by accurate and well-structured financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on industry trends, business models, market opportunities, competitors, and regulatory environments.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to derive actionable insights, using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Develop professional-grade business plans that include executive summaries, market analysis, strategic positioning, and financial projections
• Translate research findings and analysis into well-structured Word documents and engaging PowerPoint presentations.
• Create charts, graphs, and data visualizations that clearly communicate key findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in building financial models to assess viability, ROI, and risk scenarios for business initiatives.
• Collaborate with others to ensure alignment and integration of insights across functions.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all written and visual content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Research Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Word proficiency required.
• Experience in developing full-scope business plans and financial statements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to simplify complex information into executive-level summaries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Knowledge of business analysis frameworks (SWOT, PESTLE, etc.).
• Experience in consulting, investment analysis, or strategic research.
